Add Wan2.1Fun 1.3B bf16 control and inpaint

Adds models after renaming to have distinct names. In original sources (below), they are both named `diffusion_pytorch_model.safetensors`, which makes them unusable with ComfyUI automatic HF downloading mechanism.
