UnfilteredAI/DAN-L3-R1-8B · How do I run this?

Hi I've recently gotten into AI stuff and it's pretty interesting but most of the stuff I've done was on simple to understand programs like pinokio foooocus and A1111 and I have oodgabooga installed I think it was called. But I don't really understand how to even begin with this language model. like which program I should use llama.cpp or llama3? what is import transformer? Sorry I'm not very code savvy. It's very confusing and I would really like to run this on my pc so I was wondering if you could help me install this? I use windows 10 btw. Hope you can help me with this.
