Update SDK version in README.md from 1.44.1 to 1.41.1 to align with project dependencies.

Update dependencies in requirements.txt to latest versions: streamlit (1.41.1), plotly (5.24.1), streamlit-mermaid (0.3.0), streamlit-embedcode (0.1.2), and streamlit-extras (0.6.0).

Initial commit of the Computer Vision Journey presentation, including main application files, project pages, assets, and configuration. Added .gitignore to exclude unnecessary files and created requirements.txt for dependencies.
