Update pipeline tag, add project page link, quick start and other tags

This PR updates the pipeline_tag to image-text-to-text to more accurately reflect the model's functionality. I also added a link to the project page, a quick start section and additional tags to improve searchability and provide clarity on the model's capabilities.
