i suggest you take a look at automatic1111's webui, and then you will know how to use this LoRA

and remember to use sd1.5 anime models, not sdxl, sd1.5-base or something else

I like code more, but could you please tell wdym by sd1.5 anime? I didn't find it

If you want to do it with code, it's quicker to read the Diffusers and PEFT manuals and tutorials. There are lots of SD1.5 anime models in HF and Civitai.
