this is a hard and interesting work but without image gen examples it makes no sense..
Thanks! This release is still experimental and was published early mainly for people who want to experiment with training and the new conditioning path.
It is not meant to represent a finished image-generation model yet, so I intentionally focused more on the training/code side than on showcase images. I’m still actively training and evaluating it.
I’ll add proper image examples once I have a checkpoint that is representative enough.
Even getting this untrained conditioning implementation working at all was fairly difficult. The next step is experimenting with full fine-tuning, and I think it would be a waste to keep all of that experimentation limited to what I can do myself. That’s why I decided to release it early in this raw state, so other people can experiment with it as well.
