Shouldn't the license be the Llama 2 community license? As I understand it you are allowed to combine Llama 2 with other models, but the resulting output is considered a derivative work of Llama 2 and thus inherits that license. Meta doesn't permit derivatives of Llama 2 to be relicensed.

There is an incompatibility with NeverSleep/Noromaid-13B-0.4-DPO as it is CC-BY-NC licensed and the Llama community license permits commercial use with limitations, but NeverSleep could grant an exception specifically for this merge.
