is the GGUF version of wan2.2 5b and the gguf for umt5 xxl text encoder supposed to take almost 6 hours to generate a video?

That will depend on your pc capabilities. But video generation tends to be lengthy; there are ways to reduce the generation time, such as using a LoRA to generate videos in just 4 steps.
But there’s already a lot of information about that on YouTube.
