Add pipeline tag and library name, update demo video links

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata.
The pipeline_tag is set to text-to-video reflecting the model's text-to-video generation capability.
The library_name is added to help users easily identify compatible libraries.
Demo video links are updated to use Hugging Face CDN for stability.
