Enable download stats

we added ultralytics as a library to HF Hub so this PR enables download stats (also opened it to other models).
it would be great if you could host all the models in this repository in separate model repositories with one model per each, so people don't have to download all the models when they clone this repo and you can track download stats of each model separately, and have one descriptive model card per model to make the distinction between models. let us know if you need any help!

Can you elaborate more on what "being added to as a library" means?
Is it different than being on the list below?
I will discuss having a separate model page for each weight with the team!
Lastly, what do we need for the Ultralytics inference snippet on the Hub? I created this issue a few months back, but not sure if it's the correct repo for it: https://github.com/huggingface/api-inference-community/issues/456
