This is proprietary model that authors of this derived model wish to say it is now free software but it is not. It is based on meta model which was licensed with proprietary license.
As a mentioned in the previous (closed) issue, I have applied the same license as the upstream for the reasons already described. Even if unlikely, It is certainly possible they could have an agreement with Meta that allows them to license derivative works under a different license not to mention they, presumably, have added their own IP to the model.
Regardless of the reasons, I have no intentions of changing the license of the model I have used and encourage you to take this matter directly to them.
