This PR improves the model card by adding:

pipeline_tag: text-ranking to enhance discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub, allowing users to find the model at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-ranking.
library_name: transformers to correctly identify the primary library for model usage and enable the "how to use" widget.
