This PR improves the model card for the ZipVoice-Dialog model by:

• Adding pipeline_tag: text-to-speech to the metadata for better discoverability on the Hub.
• Adding a prominent link to the paper ZipVoice-Dialog: Non-Autoregressive Spoken Dialogue Generation with Flow Matching.
• Adding a link to the dedicated project page: https://zipvoice-dialog.github.io.
