This PR improves the model card by:
- adding a relevant pipeline tag, ensuring people can find the model at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=video-text-to-text.
- adding a link to the paper
- adding
library_name, which ensures the "how to use" button appears on the top right.
