Access for fine tuning

Hi,

I have applied for access to llama 8b for fine tuning. I have some communication data that I am trying to detect fraud and abuse and training with this model would be extremely helpful in this regard. Not sure why it got rejected but is there something I can do so I can fine tune with this please?
