We're not lawyers, but generally you can't just mix different licenses together in one model (if they originate form different model lineages). Furthermore, it's not clear that llm weights themselves might even be copyright- (or copyleft)-able - opne would have to fight this out in court at some point.

So it's probably best not to care, and not to ask, and assume either licensor allows mixing and merging :)

Anyway, it's queued.
