Hi ogkalu.

I hope you're doing well.

I recently discovered a model on TensorArt called ComicMix v3.25, which caught my attention due to its distinctive comic-style image generation. After investigating further, I found that the images seemed to be derived from or inspired by earlier versions, and it appears that the model may be a replication (or based on a replication) of one originally related to Civitai's SuperHeroDiffusion, possibly version 3.0.

The trail led me to your work, which stands out as the closest and most consistent match to the visual results I was seeking. I deeply respect your contribution and artistic direction, and I would like to clarify a couple of things:

Is the ComicMix v3.25 model (or the one I referenced) derived from your original model or work in any way?

If so, and if you're the original creator or maintainer of the style or training data, I would love to discuss the possibility of obtaining a license or permission for full creative and commercial use. This would include usage across social media, in comics, books, or any other projects where I’d like to feature characters or scenes generated using this model. Ideally, I’d like to use it with full creative control and respect for your terms.

I’ve attached an image I used as reference for clarity.

Please let me know if we could discuss this further, and what kind of agreement or terms you’d require for such a use case. I would be happy to credit you or follow any licensing structure you propose.

Thanks in advance for your time, and for the fantastic work you’re doing in the space.

Warm regards,
Andres Garcia.

This is another of the models from another user that redirect me to your civitai model page:

Hi @andresgrafic . I really have no idea if ComicMix is derived from my models.
