Was any indian agriculture data used to train this model? Can it be used in indian agricultural scenario?
If not, what can I do to make use of it in indian small-holders agricultural scenario?
Non-technical agronomist here...

Hi, CropSeek-LLM isn’t trained on Indian-specific data, its data is from a farm in the southern hemisphere so use it cautiously for general guidance and validate advice with your local experts or institutions.
To adapt it, share regional challenges (e.g., crop/pest specifics) for future updates, and pair it with tools for localized insights.
🌾Fine-tune the model with Indian datasets (e.g., crop yield data, soil health cards, pest advisories).
🌾Integrate regional parameters (e.g., IMD weather data, state-specific farming practices).

If you’re interested in collaborating to improve CropSeek for Indian agriculture, feel free to share specific scenarios/provide feedback about gaps in Indian contexts (e.g., "I need advice for paddy in Punjab’s waterlogged soils"., "The model doesn’t address coconut root wilt in Kerala"), and we can explore data integration!
