Awal-LM is the first open-source Large Language Model fine-tuned specifically for the Tamazight language using the Tifinagh script.

Key Improvements in v1.8:

• Base Model: Upgraded to Google's Gemma-2-2B.
• Precision: Fine-tuned with Unsloth for better performance.
• Dataset: Trained on custom Tamazight instructions.
• Status: Experimental (Work in Progress).
