Reward or an Instruct?

Please tell me is this a Reward model or an Instruct? Because the files are called Instruct. I'm a little confused.
Llama-3.1-Nemotron-70B- Instruct -HF-Q5_K_M.gguf
It should be Instruct. Rename the repo name. Thanks for reminder.
