Apply for community grant: Academic project (gpu and storage)
Hello Hugging Face Team,
I am writing this to apply for a community grant for a academic project of mine that I'm currently working on. The project is a real-time, voice-interactive LLM assistant that can also interact with the host machine. Something like "JARVIS" if you will.
Yes it's fast and effective to run it locally but I have a low end laptop and integrated graphics so running locally isn't even an option for me. Being a teenager in a third world country, upgrading my hardware isn't feasible.
It would be extremely grateful if the HF team could grant me a basic GPU and persistent storage space to continue my development skills and this project of mine.

It depends. The grant is intended for projects that serve as demos for academic papers. If your project will be associated with a paper in the future, it might be eligible once it's completed and the code is available.
