Limit reduced to 20 seconds?

Hi, until recently I could use texts of up to 2 minutes, but now the audio cuts off at around 20 seconds. Has the limit been changed recently?
Encountering the same thing, I thought I was losing it
I'm currently facing the same issue. 20 seconds limit.
