🚀 CivicSight – Smart Civic Issue Reporting

CivicSight is an AI-powered civic issue reporting system built with Gradio.
It allows citizens to easily report problems like potholes, broken streetlights, or trash, and uses AI to:

• 🤖 Classify issue type (pothole, trash, etc.)
• 📍 Geocode address into coordinates
