I have been having the same issue.

Experiencing the same issue when also trying to claim my certificate after completing part 4 and getting above 30

I got the same. I checked the scores table and my username is there with a score above 30

I had the same issue until I tried again by connecting to another network. See if that works for you.

The error is resolved. I checked it. Thank you, @sergiopaniego .

I was able to resolve the error and obtain/print my unit 4 agents certificate image.

Just in case here is what I did

• I used the chrome browser - found I ran into problems using DuckDuckGo and Safari for some reason.
• I used the regular chrome browser and not the incognito browser
• I allowed third-party cookies as prior to that I would not be able to login via the login button on the certification page.
• After all of these steps.
  • login in using the button on the get certificate page
  • Add your name
  • Push "get certificate button" -- wait for a few seconds to possibly minutes and voila the certificate will appear.
