Does not generate certificate even though I passed the quiz successfully
Every time when i tried i saw this message "There was an error checking your certification status. Please try again later or contact support if the issue persists." also i check the list my nick-name wasn't here

I can see that there was a problem with the upload when you used the quiz. I've fixed the problem and reinstated your results so you can now use the certificate app to get your certificate!

Both, and repeated the quiz, so many times. I am getting the login confirmation emails and the profile says I am in, but not for the certification module

same for me - different browsers, cookie cleansing - nothing helps
UPD: after quiz | certification moved to other space - worked nice
Had to pass the quiz again, though :)

I have the same issue. Successfully completed the Final Quiz and submitted both yesterday and today but cert creation is stuck at "There was an error checking your certification status. Please try again later or contact support if the issue persists.".

Same here, with the added problem that the certification process has the same quirk as the quiz, it needs third party cookies.
