I finish the test and click submit but i dont get notified about a new certificate

Is there a cert with unit 2 exam ?

But also the evaluation is so bad, it just wants one specific solution, so it makes no sense to do it in the first place...
agree with the prior comment. also after submitting it just processes till infinity
