@John6666 is also everyone's first upvoter on blogs.

Always willing to help, fun to talk with, and knowledgeable in his field: https://huggingface.co/rishiraj

I'm nominating @rishiraj because some of his works and speaker talks have greatly benefited me. Recent talk on fine-tuning Gemma using data generated by HF Sheets. I wasn't fully aware of sheets; thanks to him, I can now use them. Aside from that, his med gemma space was useful in my graduate studies. Currently, a new paper he published, as well as some transformer-related blogs and packages such as firerequest, are also useful. And because we share the same region as Bengali, I can also find some Bengali data under his dataset collection for model tuning.

There’s no better person I can think of for this role than @rishiraj (https://huggingface.co/rishiraj). His depth of knowledge is truly profound. No matter what question you ask, doesn't matter if it’s simple or complex, he is always ready to research it thoroughly and provide a detailed yet easy-to-understand answer, all with a smile!

One of the most defining examples of this, in my opinion, is the article he published in June 2025, which sheds light on how we can quantize or compress models in a way that preserves their original answering behavior: https://huggingface.co/blog/rishiraj/kld-guided-quantization

As someone who has had the honor of attending his speaker sessions and volunteering under his leadership in the tech community, I can truly vouch for his exceptional leadership skills. He has always prioritized learning, ensured that every attendee and team member had a positive experience, accepted feedback with grace, and consistently encouraged others to share their ideas and talents! ✨

Always makes things easy to understand, have a warmth towards everyone, makes u understand everything you get stuck into with ease.
The best person to go for is https://huggingface.co/rishiraj⭐

Such a great community lead I have ever met. Always willing to help in any matter.

Nominating: https://huggingface.co/rishiraj

I would like to nominate @rishiraj (https://huggingface.co/rishiraj) as a Community Champion. He was one of the first organizers who introduced me to tech communities, and that introduction completely changed the way I look at learning and collaboration. His guidance and encouragement made me feel welcomed, and I know many others share the same experience of being supported by him.

What stands out about him is the way he brings people together, whether through events, mentorship, or simply being approachable and ready to help. He recently published a research paper as well, which is a proud moment for everyone who has seen his dedication and growth. I truly believe the impact he has left on people and communities makes him very deserving of this recognition.

I nominate @rishiraj https://huggingface.co/rishiraj
His knowledge towards AI ML and contribution for the developers community is insane
