This doesn't seem to be as simple as just restarting the system. We can't see the error log, but darkstorm2150 pointed us to it at here.

the space is just stuck preparing now

This is not a simple space being prepared, it's a major issue with huggingface and we've seen dozens of these issues already.

I'm a bit clueless on what to do on my side, I did even the factory restart, only thing left is to verify its from the HF team side...

The duplicate button is not available, so please clone this space using "https://huggingface.co/spaces/soiz1/git-to-space-dtset-model".

When doing so, be sure to set the ID to something other than "Stable-Diffusion-Protogen-x3.4-webui" (e.g., darkstorm2150/Stable-Diffusion-Protogen-x3.4-webui-2). If you use the same ID, the same error will continue. After cloning, edit README.md and change the server to your choice (e.g., A10G). This is the only way I know of.

The ID "darkstorm2150/Stable-Diffusion-Protogen-x3.4-webui" is completely unusable. I've encountered this issue many times.
The overlapping spaces button, Factory rebuild, and Restart buttons are completely unusable, and deleting "darkstorm2150/Stable-Diffusion-Protogen-x3.4-webui" and recreating it with the ID "darkstorm2150/Stable-Diffusion-Protogen-x3.4-webui" does not fix this problem.

You must use an ID other than "darkstorm2150/Stable-Diffusion-Protogen-x3.4-webui".
