I submitted my assessment results. However, the following issues arose.
Then I tried to resubmit, so I opened another webpage, but the following problem occurred.
It shows that I have submitted once today, but in fact, this is my first submission today. And right after the first submission, the problem shown in Fig. 1 occurred. This problem has been ongoing for several days. I would like to know what exactly is going on here.
