Hi, I've been trying to test this out but I've had no luck with uploaded videos-
Demo videos work fine, and if I download the videos & reupload them they work, but any other videos seem to produce an unexplained error- are there formatting/metadata requirements? I made sure to match the 480/270 video resolution, keep the videos short, and keep the bitrate below 196kbps

Any help would be much appreciated :)
