auscultate

A single-page web app presenting heart sounds from the CirCor DigiScope Phonocardiogram dataset.

This app features over 900 patients from the dataset. You can load a random case after setting your filters. Heart sounds from different auscultation locations are presented, wtih the diagnosis and sound annotations visualized.
