Imported the F16 version into Ollama - gives useless answers

I did a ollama create xtuner-llava-llama-3-8b-v1_1-f16 -f OLLAMA_MODELFILE_F16
When I use Open WebUI like this:
I only get rubbish :-).
any idea what could be wrong here on my side?
